support@kreiso.app is the fastest way to reach a person, and it reaches one for anything: a bug, a question, a payment, an event, your account, or a report about someone's behaviour.

It helps if you tell us:
- what happened, and what you expected instead
- your phone or iPhone model and its iOS or Android version
- if it is about your account, write from the email address your account uses, so we know it is you
Things people ask for most
- Delete your account. Two ways, both on the account deletion page.
- What we do with your data. The Privacy Policy says what we keep and for how long. To use any of your rights under it, write to support@kreiso.app; we respond within one month.
- How the service works, and refunds. See the Terms.
- Report someone, or content. Write to support@kreiso.app in German or English. The Community Guidelines set out what we do with a report.
